An instructional class on how to build a charcuterie board using local ingredients. Erin Schoenberg brings vast knowledge from her experience with Lone Tree Foods and working with local farmers. She will be demonstrating how to build a crowd-pleasing charcuterie board with fresh local ingredients from NE Farmers. Samples and limited food items for purchase.
